Dattebayo bans all of New Zealand [UPDATED]

For the last few weeks, there has been a particularly troubled individual who has been flooding our feedback with patently unfunny garbage, such as the piece below:

Usually, we can tell when someone is just stupid and leaves idiotic feedback, but stuff like this, over and over, is just unfunny. If the retard was trying to get into the next feedback forum, he has failed. I've been hitting 'delete' button on this crap for quite a while and finally got sick of it. So, as of today, hopefully all of xtra.co.nz (Appears to be some kind of New Zealand ISP) has been banned. This is non-negotiable, unless someone working for xtra wants to locate this user and present Dattebayo staff proof that he has been appropriately murdered (feedback timestamp is in EDT, and IP address is unmodified). Blocked range is the entire class B, 219.89.0.0/16.
UPDATE:Apparently, we missed another netblock, as the guy promptly posted more unfunny crap this morning. Needless to say, that one's gone too.
